Every second of your gym time is devoted to meet your individual needs on your schedule. Your personal coach can help you build a plan to lose weight, get stronger, increase energy and give you the accountability you need to not quit on yourself.
This service is great for people who need flexible scheduling, high accountability, desire 1:1 attention in their sessions and/or have more limited movement patterns and do not yet feel ready for semi private training. Some clients have called personal training the “Princess Sessions”. We get out all equipment you need, we set up and take it down for you, we walk you through every piece of the workout and you don’t have to lift a finger. Well, maybe you’ll lift some weights or a leg or two! This is the highest level of service available and we will treat you like the Queen you are! Screw that princess title, we got you queen!

You choose your “home” session and that session is guaranteed to be available to you and never more than 3 other people in the same session. Your workouts are still devoted to meet your individual needs, however you get a built in accountability group that is following their program right alongside you. Your coach can help you build a plan to lose weight, get stronger, increase energy and give you the accountability you need to not quit on yourself.
This service is great for people who can have a consistent gym schedule, who want to have others around them for added accountability, feel confident about following the program and using the technology used by NHF. This is for people who want to take an active role in their fitness. Our OnRamp program will prepare our semi private clients on how to read their workout, log their own workout and how to set up and take down their equipment.
