Find food pleasurable, but keep it in its place.
Tune in and correctly interpret physical sensations in order to eat when hungry
Shrug your shoulders at cravings and move on OR decide to consciously satisfy that craving with a reasonable amount of food
Choose the food vs the food choosing you
Stop eating when you are reasonably satisfied vs overstuffed and uncomfortable
Stop beating yourself up about your food choices. What you eat, or don’t eat, doesn’t make you a bad person.
Simply have a healthy relationship with food
This is NOT about restricting food, in fact most people are shocked at the amount of real whole foods they can eat to fuel their body and lose weight!

We will measure your body fat and muscle mass with our InBody 270, not just the number on the scale. If you are out of state, we will send you to a trusted partner for tracking muscle mass and body fat.
