Welcome to Northglenn Health and Fitness! Our personal training in a semi-private environment offers a hands-on coaching experience at an affordable price for our members.

Every semi-private session has limited spots: Up to 4 clients at once – but not a group.  Everyone is doing their own personal training workout.  The coaches interact, coach, and coach every client in an efficient and effective manner.

At NHF, we have had success as both 1-on-1 personal trainers and semi private formats. We have found, however, that the semi-private option offers our members the exclusivity and individualized training program and coaching that you should have to reach YOUR goals with YOUR body, coupled with a more financially sustainable training solution.

Semi Private Personal Training at NHF is:

✅Results – You just can’t argue that a program built for you, your body, your age, your everything, is going to get your results faster than following a generic group program.

Step 1: Body Movement Analysis

During your first visit, your coach will conduct a comprehensive body movement analysis. This 1:1 session allows us to understand your current body mechanics and how it moves. Are you looking to build muscle, lose weight (body fat), increase strength, or move without pain? Additionally, we’ll evaluate factors such as flexibility and cardiovascular health. By measuring your current abilities, we gain valuable insights into your starting point, enabling us to chart a path to elevate your fitness level and propel you to the next level.

Step 2: Meet with your Program Design Coach so they can Design your Program.

From there, you will have 4 additional 1:1 sessions to learn about how to program for your body and teach you foundational movement patterns and beyond.   Your programmer will then develop a training program tailored to your individual needs.  You will have access to everything on our mobile app, and so will your coach!

Step 3: Start Attending your Semi-Private Sessions

Semi private sessions are limited to a max of 4 members per 1 coach. This allows you to train, alongside other members, increasing motivation and creating positive relationships on our awesome community-based environment, while still having the attention of your coach. Your coach will help with correcting proper technique, keeping rest periods from going on too long, increasing motivation, and help you get an amazing workout! If you aren’t ready for semi private, you can stay in a 1:1 setting as long as you like!

Step 4: Log Results, Lather, Rinse, Repeat

At the end of every session, you will be asked to log and track all of your workout data, such as weight lifted, workout notes, and how you felt. This data is monitored very closely and your Programmer will check in with you regularly to continue to adjust and perfect to avoid plateaus. Our Client Success Manager will meet with you regularly as well to track muscle gain, fat loss as well as ensure your overall happiness at NHF.
