No Sugar Added Breakfast Sausage

Who doesn’t love a nice sausage patty for breakfast? The problem is when you go to the store it is almost impossible to find sausage that does not have added sugar. Making your own doesn’t have to be difficult. This is a very easy recipe that you can whip together pretty quickly. You will not believe how tasty it is!

Coach Patrick makes this breakfast sausage every so often and there are never left overs. You might want to double or triple it!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Pork
  • 1 tsp Fennel
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Sage
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper

Combine everything and mix it until.. well until it’s mixed.

You should be able to get about 8 patties out of this. Relatively small.

Heat a skillet with Ghee, or Coconut oil, etc to medium heat

Cook about 3-4 minutes a side, but please be sure the center is no longer pink. I like to double the fennel. I LOVE fennel.
