At Northglenn Health and Fitness our goal is to help you get the health, fitness, body you desire – on your terms. The first step to meeting your health and fitness goals is to schedule an appointment with Northglenn Health and Fitness for a Free No Sweat Intro with us. So what is a No Sweat Intro?

We are in the business of helping people. We can’t help you if we are not a good match for you, or you are not a good match for us. A No Sweat Intro will help us all learn more about we have to offer.

Getting to know you

We want to learn about you, what has worked for you and what hasn’t. – Why would we ask you to do something you have tried before and didn’t enjoy? Finding out what has gotten in the way of stopping you from achieving your goals in the past will help us build a plan that will help you overcome those obstacles.

Understanding your goals

Some people want weight loss, to get stronger, fit into a wedding dress, the goals are all unique and yours will be too. We want to understand your goal so we can put you on the right path. Not just a endless cycle of leg day, arm day, etc.

Measuring your current body composition

Together, at your appointment with Northglenn Health and Fitness, we will determine how close you are to meeting your goals.

Do you want to lose weight, or do you want to change your body composition?   A scale cannot tell the difference between a pound of fat and a pound of muscle.  You have to ditch the scale and measure your body composition.

People who do not have a fitness routine may gain fat and lose muscle without any noticeable change in their weight.  Those who have a consistent fitness routine may see their muscle mass is increasing at the same time as they are losing body fat.  Northglenn Health and Fitness can help you not just change your body composition, but also track your body composition.

We have an “InBody” machine that will, in less than a minute, breakdown your weight by measuring your muscle (what you workout at the gym), body fat and also calculate your BMR which can help you fine tune your diet.

Making a plan

We then join you in creating a customized plan to help you meet your individual goals. This could be personal training + nutrition. This could be personal training + group classes. Or any number of combinations. It’s all based on what YOU need, not some box other gyms try to fit you in.

Helping you first

We understand that starting a new fitness journey can be scary or intimidating. Because of this, no matter your goal, if you are doing fitness with us, we will set you up with 3 personal training sessions to start. You choose the coach you are most comfortable working with, your schedule and the sessions will be based on your goals. We will never throw you into a group training class and leave you to figure it all out.

We want you to succeed so we set you up for success. If you fail, we fail. And neither of us wants that!
