We have an “InBody” machine that will, in less than a minute, breakdown your weight by measuring your muscle (what you workout at the gym), body fat and also calculate your BMR which can help you fine tune your diet.

Let’s use this fictitious person’s InBody results as an example:

  • Weight:  160.8 lbs
  • Skeletal Muscle Mass: 62.8 lbs.
  • Body Fat Mass:  48.7 lbs.
  • Percent Body Fat – 30.3

If this person follows a good nutrition program, and an effective exercise routine like CrossFit, they can reduce body fat & gain muscle even though their weight might not change.   If this person were to lose 10 lbs of fat, and gain in 10 lbs of muscle, it would take them from 30.3% body fat to 24% body fat and visibly make them appear much more fit (skinny jeans here we are!)

  • Weight:  160.8 lbs
  • Skeletal Muscle Mass: 72.8 lbs.
  • Body Fat Mass:  38.7 lbs.
  • Percent Body Fat – 24
