Even with all of his experience as a coach and an athlete, he still had too many injuries and too much pain for someone who exercises and takes care of his body as well as he does. He decided that group fitness isn’t going to help him the way it did when he was in his 20s or even early 30s. It was time for a change.

Coach Patrick knows that personal training makes a difference, and not just for him, but for his clients as well. His workouts are made for him and they work around his busy schedule. If personal training is the best answer for a coach who knows how to workout, has a gym at his beck and call at any time, then he certainly knows it’s best for others, especially as we get older. Northglenn Health and Fitness’ core values include integrity. If a workout designed for a group isn’t something Coach Patrick is willing to continue doing, he’s certainly not going to ask any of his clients to do so either.
