What if I don’t want to lose 20lbs, or if I want to lose more than 20lbs?
Your custom plan will be built based on what you want to accomplish and where you are now in relation to that goal.
If you want to lose weight to make every day activities easier on your joints, you might, for example, have your nutrition coach help you lose body fat by analyzing your diet and making suggestions on how to increase protein and reduce stress eating. Your personal trainer might design sessions that will help strengthen weak areas of your body around those joints to help you move with ease.
