Your Schedule, Your Success: Finding the Right Session Time
One of the biggest hurdles to starting a fitness routine is finding a schedule that actually fits your life. At Northglenn Health and Fitness, we believe your training should be a top priority and in your calendar just like a doctor’s appointment. This is essential care for your body, designed to help you get back your energy, build lasting strength, and improve how you move every day. Whether you are looking to stay ahead of health goals or you’re ready to make a significant change, it only works if it happens at a time that works for you.
Semi-Private Personal Training: Personalized, Not Public
Semi-private personal training is a great way to get the expert guidance you need while saving money and enjoying the encouragement of a small, supportive community. In these sessions, you’ll work alongside up to three other people, but you aren’t all doing the same “class” workout. You are doing your specific program and focusing on your goals. You’re simply sharing the space and the coach.
Whether you prefer the 1:1 environment or the energy of a semi-private session, we make it easy to get started without the rigid “one-size-fits-all” mold of a traditional big-box gym.

Can’t find your perfect time? Let us know! At Northglenn Health and Fitness, our schedule grows with you. We add new Semi-Private Personal Training sessions regularly. If you don’t see a time that fits your schedule:
- Join a Waitlist: If a time is “full,” hop on the list! We often add new sessions once two or more people are looking for that specific time. Email us at info@northglennhf.com with the session time you are looking for!
- 1:1 Personal Training: Looking for 1:1 personal training, or a completely custom schedule? 1:1 sessions can be booked at any time that works for you and your coach. Book a 10 minute chat with us so we can find out more about you and how to get you started!
Remember: Semi private personal training sessions aren’t “classes” where everyone does the same thing. These are personal training sessions delivered in an environment where there are never more than 3 other clients working with the same coach. And they are all tailored to your goals. We handle all the scheduling—you just show up and do!
