Meet Coach Anna, the newest Northglenn Female Personal Trainer. Serving clients from Northglenn, Thornton, Brighton and other areas north of Denver.
You don’t need to be an expert to walk into Northglenn Health and Fitness—you just need a coach who believes in you. Someone who can show you what’s possible when support meets experience, and who makes the hard stuff feel a little more fun (and maybe even a little funny).
Coach Anna is one of those people.
She’s not just passionate about training—she’s deeply committed to helping you find joy in the process. From skiing at age four to studying exercise science and human nutrition, fitness has shaped her life—and now, she’s using it to help shape yours.
If you’re looking for a personal trainer in Northglenn, Thornton, or Brighton who gets it, you’re going to want to meet Coach Anna.
1. Why did you become a personal trainer?
“I became a fitness coach because I love helping people reach their goals and realize they’re capable of more than they ever thought possible. There’s nothing more rewarding than watching someone transform—not just physically, but mentally—gaining confidence, strength, and a better quality of life. I’m passionate about improving lives and being a part of that journey.”
Anna brings that energy into every session at NHF. She isn’t just focused on getting reps in—she’s focused on what those reps represent. Strength, growth, and a life you love living.
2. What’s your personal journey with fitness?
“I’ve been active for as long as I can remember—playing multiple team sports, skiing since I was four, and running cross country throughout high school. In college, I played club ultimate frisbee, got into rock climbing, and discovered a deep passion for strength training with a group of friends. During those years I also studied sports medicine, human nutrition, and exercise science, which gave me a strong foundation in understanding how the body moves and performs. Over time, fitness and functional training became more than just a workout—it gave me strength, independence, and a sense of purpose.
I have incorporated many training styles and techniques into my own workouts, including HIIT, endurance, power, plyometrics, mobility, balance, and resistance training. Building my strength and cardio makes me feel the best and I commit to some level of training daily. I hope to pass that sense of passion and drive onto others.”
This isn’t just something Anna teaches—it’s something she lives. Her movement background is diverse, and her passion for training shines through whether she’s programming a workout or cheering you through your last set.
3. Why did you choose to coach women in personal training sessions at Northglenn Health and Fitness?
“I chose NHF because their functional fitness philosophy aligns closely with my own values. They create a warm, safe space that supports both physical and mental well-being, and they’re genuinely invested in every client’s journey. The team is kind, uplifting, and always has their clients’ backs—striking the perfect balance between encouragement, progress, and a little laughter along the way.”
At NHF, we believe fitness should support your life—and Anna is the perfect example of how that belief becomes action.
4. Describe your coaching style.
“My coaching style is supportive, adaptable, and rooted in genuine care. I love connecting with clients—bringing energy, laughter, and encouragement—while still taking the work seriously and pushing you to give your best. I’m flexible and responsive, adjusting my approach based on how you’re feeling physically and mentally that day. Whether you need a challenge, a boost, or just someone to brighten your mood, I’m here for it. I bring a mix of goofiness and grit, always aiming to make your workouts both effective and uplifting.”
Whether you need accountability, energy, or just someone who will meet you exactly where you are, Coach Anna will be in your corner.
5. Where can we find you when you’re not at the gym?

“When I’m not at the gym, you’ll almost always find me outside—climbing, running, hiking, skiing, or lounging soaking up the sun. Just don’t ask me to do a swimming workout! If I’m indoors, there’s a good chance I’m climbing or lifting at the spot. I also really enjoy consignment shopping, as well as painting and reading when I can slow down and take some time for myself.”
Coach Anna brings that same energy—grounded, adventurous, and warm—to every part of her life. And we’re so proud she’s bringing it to NHF.
