The NHF IMPACT is a framework we built, after working with hundreds of clients, that connects every part of your health. Each pillar strengthens the others, creating lasting change that continues for life.

Intake is everything you allow into your body and mind.

A calm, clear, and confident mind sets the tone for everything else. How you think and recover determines how you show up.
p – Practices
These are the systems that help you stay focused when life gets busy. The more structured your habits become, the less effort it takes to stay consistent.
a – Activity
Walking, stretching, bike ride, play with your kids outside, hiking and any intentional movement all count. Intentional activity keeps your body and mind connected between training sessions.
c – Consistency
Progress happens when small actions are repeated over time. It’s not about perfection for 2 weeks, it’s about showing up for yourself even on the days you don’t feel like it – consistently.
t – Training
This is where your physical capability grows and confidence takes root. Every rep builds strength that carries into every area of life.

The key is to start where you are. One person’s Activity might be a 5 minute daily walk, another’s might be marathon training. Intake could mean adding vegetables at lunch, drinking 8oz of water as soon as you wake up, or setting specific times for social media to reduce daily stress. There’s no one-size-fits-all formula, there is only the next best step for you.
