Why Did You Become a Fitness Coach?
“I wanted to find a way to help others! I have my Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology – Exercise Science and knew that I wanted to have a profession where I wanted to make others happy and healthy while moving their body.”
Rachael’s drive to become a fitness coach is deeply rooted in her desire to help others thrive. With a strong foundation in Kinesiology – Exercise Science, she has the expertise to back her passion. At NHF, she’s ready to empower clients to achieve things they never thought possible—whether that’s walking into the gym confidently, moving pain-free, or enjoying exercise again.
What Is Your Personal Journey With Fitness?
“I was always involved in sports while growing up and loved being so active! I took those habits through my life with me and learned over the years how important it is to care for your body in all aspects of health. Working out and eating healthy are simply enjoyable to me, especially when you learn how to achieve your goals with balance!”
Why Did You Choose to Coach at NHF?
“I chose to coach at NHF because of the people! Everyone is so nice and welcoming in a setting that can be very intimidating.”

Where Can We Find You When You’re Not at the Gym?
“When I am not at the gym, you can find me coaching gymnastics, spending time cooking/baking in the kitchen, or adventuring around CO and traveling with my husband and Bernese mountain dog!”
