Hot Girl Summer Challenge: Workouts, Nutrition, and Sleep Goals

Join the Hot Girl Summer Challenge and let us guide you through daily and weekly goals for workouts, nutrition, and sleep. The member with the most points in the HGS Summer Challenge will win a free 60-minute 1-on-1 personal training session with Coach Amanda, and be on their way to a truly hot girl summer!

Maximize Your Results with Hot Girl Summer Small Group Classes

To help you achieve the best results, besides the challenge, we highly recommend joining our Hot Girl Summer small group classes held on Tuesdays at 5:30 pm and Saturdays at 8:00am. These classes, in addition to your regular workouts with our team, will focus on strength training, and sculpting to tone and strengthen your entire body, with special emphasis on booty and abs. Plus, all workouts can be modified to suit your limits while still helping you reach your goals.

Pricing and Options

Choose from our flexible pricing options to find the perfect fit for you:

  • Warm Up Package: HGS Challenge Only: Workouts, Nutrition and Sleep Goals: $100 – Winner gets a 60 Minute PT Session with Coach Amanda
  • Sizzling Package: Warm Up Package + 1 HGS small group class per week: $200 (4 sessions)
  • Fiery Package: Warm Up Package + 2 HGS small group classes per week: $260 (8 sessions)
  • Inferno Package: Warm Up Package + 2 HGS small group classes + 1 60 Min. Personal Training session a week throughout Challenge: $460 (8 sessions + 4 – 60 Minute Personal Training sessions)

Session Dates and Times

The 4-week HGS Challenge runs from Tuesday, May 2nd to Tuesday, May 30th (skipping Saturday, May 27th due to Memorial Day weekend). Classes are held on Tuesdays at 5:30 pm and Saturdays at 8:00 am.
