In order to talk numbers, we need to talk about you and what you are actually investing in, because that is the only way to get price. We never want to charge you for what you don’t need, and we certainly don’t want to charge you for something that won’t work for what you are trying to accomplish.

We don’t have one-size-fits-all pricing, because we don’t do one-size-fits-all coaching.

Our clients come to us with different goals, schedules, preferences, injuries, and budgets. Some want 1:1 personal training. Some prefer personal training in a semi private session. Some want to train once a week, some three. Some need nutrition help or motivation coaching. Others just need a plan they can stick to.

Imagine training plans as different as the ones for a 20-year-old athlete and a senior citizen who wants to stay independent. That’s our approach. We cater to your specific starting point, goals, and preferences. We’re not just a gym; we’re your personal fitness ally. We focus on getting you results, not just selling a membership.
